This role involves end-to-end project management, from pre-sales support and scoping through execution, reporting, and closure. The Project Manager will ensure high-quality deliverables, effective stakeholder communication, and strong client relationships, while monitoring project performance, mitigating risks, and driving operational excellence.\n\nMandatory: Experience in Delivering Penetration Testing Projects\n\nRole Mission\nClaranet’s strategy is to build long-term, trusted relationships with its customers by delivering market-leading, integrated managed services. We are seeking a leader to build and to own the existing and future market-leading multi-solutions portfolio that Claranet offers to customers that enables cross and up sell.\n\nObjectives & Key Results\nThe Project Manager is part of the Project Management Office (PMO) team and represents a key link between clients, consultants, and leadership to ensure the successful delivery of information security projects with high client satisfaction.\n\nThe Key Objectives Will Be To:\nDeliver high-quality projects on time and within scope\nEnhance client satisfaction\nOptimise resource utilisation and efficiency\nMitigate risks and resolve escalations\nFoster continuous improvement and collaboration\nCompany Benefits:\nGroup medical insurance (including parents' coverage), group term life policy, and personal accidental policy\nTax Saving flexible benefits\nFlexible working hours\nStatutory Benefits (PF, Gratuity)\n\nEssential Roles & Responsibilities\nAccountable for project planning, execution, client experience, and ensuring delivery aligns with NotSoSecure’s quality standards\nThe candidate should have a good understanding of the Information security service (penetration testing) deliverables and penetration testing project lifecycle\nProvide pre-sales support by assisting in scoping, preparing Requests for Proposals (RFPs), and preparing SoWs for potential projects\nProvide end-to-end project management support, covering resource allocation, repository setup, information gathering, client communication, consultant coordination, execution, and closure.\nLead and facilitate project meetings, driving agendas and outcomes (demo, kick-off, debrief calls, etc)\nMonitor and track project metrics, including hours, expenses, and resource utilisation\nIdentify potential risks at an early stage and develop mitigation plans\nResolve conflicts, blockers, and escalations efficiently\nMaintain and update project management tools with progress at each stage\nEnsure timely delivery of project outputs such as reports, attestation letters, and other deliverables\nConduct quality checks and editorial reviews of client-facing deliverables\nShare the required project closure data with the operations team to invoice for the deliverables\nCollect client feedback on project performance to identify improvement areas\nSupport client relationship management initiatives\nCollaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver high-quality engagements\nEffectively work with cross-cultural teams and stakeholders\nParticipate in monthly BU review meetings\nContribute to knowledge sharing and best practice initiatives\nGenerate weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc business reports for management\n\nPosition Specifications\n3+ years of experience in project coordination/ project management in a consulting environment\nUnderstanding of project management concepts\nExperience supporting security projects\nInformation security knowledge\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills\nExcellent written and verbal English language skills\nDemonstrated skills in time management, project scheduling, multitasking, managing expectations, and client communications\nExperience with Project Management tools (preferred but not mandatory)\nProject Management Certifications, such as CAPM, PMP, PRINCE2, are desired but not mandatory\nSound team worker, relationship builder\nUse of MS Office applications and email\nAbility to communicate at all levels, both written and verbal
