Account Manager – Staffing (Indian Clients)\nLocation: Onsite – Noida\n\nDo you enjoy building lasting relationships and driving business growth?\nWe’re looking for a passionate and experienced Account Manager to join our team in Noida. In this role, you’ll manage and grow key Indian client accounts, understand their workforce needs, and ensure the timely delivery of qualified candidates. You will serve as a trusted advisor, strengthening client partnerships and driving overall business success.\n\nKey Responsibilities\nServe as the primary point of contact for assigned Indian clients.\nBuild and maintain strong client relationships , understanding their staffing needs and challenges.\nMaximize account potential by becoming a preferred staffing partner for each client.\nQualify job requirements and collaborate closely with the recruitment/delivery team for effective fulfillment.\nCoordinate the end-to-end hiring process – from candidate submission and interview scheduling to onboarding.\nWork with internal recruiting teams to ensure timely delivery and high-quality candidate placements.\nUtilize ATS/CRM tools (e.g., JobDiva) to manage client communication, job orders, and placement activity.\nConduct regular client meetings and reviews to strengthen partnerships and explore new business opportunities.\nWork closely with MSP and VMS programs to ensure compliance and performance metrics are met.\n\nQualifications\n7+ years of experience in the Staffing & Recruiting industry , with 3+ years in Account Management .\nProven experience managing Indian client accounts.\nStrong understanding of MSP and VMS-based staffing programs .\nPrior hands-on recruiting experience before moving into account/client management.\nExperience working with Hybrid or Offshore delivery models is a plus.\nExcellent relationship management, negotiation, and communication skills.\nAbility to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment .\nSelf-driven, proactive, and result-oriented professional.\nProficiency with ATS/CRM systems and MS Office tools.\n\nWhy Join Us\nOpportunity to work with leading Indian enterprises and global brands.\nA collaborative and performance-driven culture.\nCompetitive compensation and growth opportunities.\n\nApply by sharing your cv and cover letter at\n\nWe can't wait to hear from you!
