Job Description\n\nPosition: Quality Lead (InfoConnectivity & ADAS Domain)\nLocation: Chennai\n\nAbout the Role\nWe are seeking an experienced lead to take full ownership of Serial Life Quality and lead issue resolution for legacy vehicles in the India-Asia Pacific (IAP) region, specifically in the InfoConnectivity & ADAS domains . This role requires a proactive leader who can manage end-to-end quality operations, drive cross-functional alignment, and leverage AI-powered tools and analytics for faster problem solving, and ensure top-notch customer experience through effective resolution and continuous improvement.\n\nKey Responsibilities\nTake full control and management of Quality for Software Serial Life and lead the animation of resolution activities for issues affecting legacy vehicles in InfoConnectivity & ADAS domains.\nMaintain full awareness of in-field problems by engaging with all relevant stakeholders and information sources.\nAnimate and monitor serial life issues until resolution, ensuring clear tracking and status updates.\nDefine, promote, and monitor improvement action plans for assigned perimeters.\nPrioritize critical issues for timely fixes.\nEnsure achievement of Quality Targets for vehicles sold in the IAP region.\nPromote and implement Lessons Learned from issue resolution to benefit new developments.\nPrepare and deliver periodic reports to the Leadership team on quality status and action progress.\nConduct in-vehicle deep dives to validate customer complaints and benchmark against competitor solutions.\nIdentify and share top improvement opportunities for future features and systems design.\nLeverage AI-based analytics, predictive models, and automation tools to detect patterns, prioritize issues, and accelerate root cause identification for quicker resolution and improved customer satisfaction.\n\nQualifications & Skills\nBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Automotive, Electronics, Electrical, Computer Science, or related field .\n8-10 years of experience in Automotive Electronics Systems and Quality.\nStrong background in Infotainment, Connectivity or ADAS systems.\nProven track record in issue resolution and cross-functional project management .\nExcellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills in a multi-site/global environment.\nStrong analytical skills with a customer-centric mindset.\n\nPlease share your profiles to with below details:\nTotal yrs. of exp:\nCCTC:\nECTC:\nNP:\n\nDisclaimer -At Stellantis, we assess candidates based on qualifications, merit and business needs.
