Job Description
Duties and responsibilities\nLead the visual direction and creative execution across campaigns, marketplaces, digital platforms, and brand communication.\nDevelop concepts, sketches, storyboards, and creative layouts to effectively visualize ideas and campaigns.\nUnderstand marketing objectives, brand positioning, customer behaviour, and target audience to create impactful creative solutions.\nCollaborate closely with the creative, marketing, content, and performance teams across multiple media formats.\nTake projects from concept to final execution while ensuring quality, consistency, and timely delivery.\nGuide, mentor, and delegate responsibilities to designers while providing constructive creative direction and feedback.\nPresent concepts, mood boards, layouts, and final creatives to stakeholders and leadership teams.\nEnsure all creatives align with brand guidelines, visual identity, and business objectives.\nOversee production quality, workflow efficiency, and creative standards within the art department.\nIdentify opportunities to improve creative processes, design systems, and operational efficiency.\nResearch and source relevant visual references, illustrative materials, and design inspirations.\nReview, refine, and approve final artworks, layouts, illustrations, and production-ready files.\nAdapt and respond to feedback effectively while maintaining creative integrity and project goals.\nStay updated with design trends, emerging tools, and industry best practices to continuously elevate brand aesthetics.\nDesired Candidate Profile\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills in English.\n6-9 years of experience.\nStrong attention to detail with a high standard for visual accuracy and quality.\nStrong work ethic with a composed, solution-oriented attitude in fast-paced environments.\nPreferably a Graduate/Postgraduate in Design (B.Des/M.Des), ideally from National Institute of Fashion Technology or equivalent design institutes.\nProven experience working as an Art Director or in a senior creative leadership role.\nAdvanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.\nRelevant creative education, certifications, or professional training preferred.\nStrong understanding of branding, visual storytelling, typography, layout, and digital design aesthetics.\nAbility to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines efficiently.
