Senior GTM Systems Administrator
Job Description
The Senior GTM Systems Administrator owns the administration, optimization, and integration of Salesforce and HubSpot, ensuring our GTM teams have reliable systems, clean data, and scalable processes that support pipeline generation, customer growth, and operational efficiency.\nThe ideal candidate brings strong Salesforce administration expertise, hands-on Hubspot administration experience, and a highly collaborative approach to identifying opportunities for improvement and partnering with stakeholders to implement scalable solutions.\nKey Responsibilities\n1. Salesforce Administration\nCo-Own administration and optimization of the Salesforce platform supporting Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance teams — including objects, fields, validation rules, page layouts, permissions, user access, dashboard and reporting to support visibility into funnel performance, ARR, and key GTM metrics.\nPartner directly with GTM stakeholders to understand business problems and translate them into well-architected technical requirements and Salesforce solutions\nDesign, troubleshoot, and optimize Salesforce Flows and automation to support evolving business requirements\n2. HubSpot Administration\nOwn the administration and maintenance of the HubSpot platform, including properties, workflows, forms, lifecycle stages, and backend automation, ensuring system continuity, clean data, and reliable synchronization with Salesforce and other GTM tools\nBuild and maintain marketing dashboards and reports, including advanced analytics (e.g., expansion reporting) in close partnership with the Marketing team\nServe as the primary point of escalation for HubSpot workflow, reporting, and data issues across Marketing and Sales teams.\n3.
GTM Systems Integrations\nMaintain and support integrations between Salesforce, HubSpot, and the broader GTM technology stack,\nensuring reliable data sync and system performance. Current stack includes:\nSalesforce & HubSpot (core integration)\nPlanhat · Gong · ZoomInfo · Intercom · Rocketlane · LinkedIn Sales Navigator · Trumpet · Zapier\n4. Data Quality & Governance\nPartner with the RevOps and GTM team to complete the ongoing account deduplication and contact association initiative, improving account and contact data integrity across Salesforce, HubSpot, and Planhat\nImplement automation and processes to reduce duplicates and maintain consistent account & contact associations\nPerform monthly audits to monitor duplicate accounts and contact associations and proactively address data quality issues\n5.
Documentation\nMaintain clear documentation of system configurations, integrations, automation logic, and operational processes in alignment with GTM system best practices\nRequired Qualifications\n5+ years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience with demonstrated ability to own and deliver complex projects independently.\n2+ years of hands-on HubSpot administration experience\nStrong experience designing, building, troubleshooting, and optimizing Salesforce Flows\nProven ability to translate business requirements from GTM stakeholders into scalable technical solutions\nExperience maintaining and improving Salesforce–HubSpot integrations\nExperience working with GTM tools such as Planhat, Gong, ZoomInfo\nStrong CRM data governance skills — deduplication, data hygiene, and validation automation.\nBackground in SaaS or subscription-based businesses, solid understanding of ARR, pipeline management, and GTM funnel metrics.\nStrong problem solving skills and ability to collaborate across multiple teams\nProactive, ownership-driven mindset with the ability to independently identify issues and drive solutions\nExposure to quote-to-cash processes and tools such as Salesforce CPQ is a plus\n\nInterested in Joining the Team?\nGreat, apply now!
