The primary responsibilities include managing client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and acting as the point of contact for assigned clients.
The role also involves communicating client needs to internal teams, addressing inquiries, building trust, and ensuring project execution aligns with client expectations. Collaboration with various departments to deliver tailored solutions is a key aspect of the role.\n\nQualifications\nStrong experience in Client Services and Client Relations to effectively manage and foster long-term partnerships.\nProficiency in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to address client needs and concerns efficiently.\nExceptional Communication skills, both written and verbal, to liaise effectively with clients and the internal team.\nProven problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to handling client challenges.\nOrganizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.\nRelevant experience in the advertising, marketing, or digital media industry is a plus.\nBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a similar field is preferred.
