Direction of MGS’s development is paved by its three key pillars, which are Mutual Respect, Discipline and Transparency, which are set as the baseline of every process and operation carried out at MGS.\n\nWhat’s in it for you?\no Immense exposure and learning\no Excellent career growth\no Company of highly passionate leaders and mentors\no Ability to build things from scratch\n\nCompany website : - https://www.mizuhogroup.com/asia-pacific/mizuho-global-services\n\nJob Description for IT Management\n\nROLE – L1 Help Desk (Third Party Contract)\n\nJob Heading:\n\nWe are looking for a passionate individual, having computer science/IT UG/PG background, having 4 – 8 years of work experience and expertise in L1 helpdesk, Azure, intune, zScalar , Active Directory management, unlocking, application support, password reset, Azure Certifications is a plus.\n\nOther Roles and Responsibilities:\n\n· MCSE, CCNA, or similar certifications desirable.\n· Expertise in helpdesk, Active Directory management, unlocking applications.\n· Hand on experience in application support, password reset.\n· Microsoft Windows Server & AD (Active Directory) troubleshoot, maintain and administer\n· VMware troubleshooting and administration\n· Managing the DR environments and taking part in DR test exercises\n· Adherence to ISO 9001:2008, ISO 27001, Policies & Procedures\n· Ability to demonstrate experience of AD (Active Directory, ADFS, Group Policy management, etc.)\nCustomer-centric career experience and excellent Time management skills.\nAbility to work within customer focused team, excellent communication skills\nTake ownership of customer issues reported and see problems through to resolution.\nTroubleshoot and resolve issues through sharing best practices and direct resolution.\nExcellent written and verbal communication and effective organizational and multi- tasking skills. Proven ability to quickly learn new technical domains and train others.\nShould be flexible to work in an operational environment, rotational shifts and on-call schedule.\nOther general responsibilities as instructed by management.\n\nLocation:\nMizuho Global Services India Pvt.
