Generative AI Engineer

Job Title: AI Engineer\nLocation: India\nExperience: 7+ Years Overall IT Experience | 2+ Years in Generative AI\nJob Type: Full-Time\nJob Summary:\nWe are seeking an experienced AI Engineer with strong hands-on expertise in building and deploying Generative AI applications using LLMs, RAG pipelines, AI automation, and orchestration frameworks. The ideal candidate should have experience working in fast-paced environments, developing scalable AI systems, mentoring junior team members, and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.\nKey Responsibilities:\n• Design, build, and deploy scalable Generative AI solutions using LLMs and AI frameworks\n• Develop and optimize RAG pipelines, embeddings, semantic search, and vector database integrations\n• Build AI-driven workflows and automation solutions using orchestration tools\n• Develop reproducible and production-ready code using AI coding tools\n• Review AI-generated code and ensure code quality, scalability, and maintainability\n• Collaborate with teams in Agile/SDLC environments and manage project deliverables\n• Communicate project progress, risks, and timelines with stakeholders\n• Mentor junior developers and interns on AI development best practices\nRequired Skills:\n• Strong programming experience in Python with FastAPI or Node.js\n• Hands-on experience with Generative AI, LLMs, LangChain, and AI agents\n• Experience with OpenAI, Claude, Mistral, or similar LLM platforms\n• Strong understanding of RAG architecture, chunking, embeddings, and vector databases\n• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Git, and CI/CD pipelines\n• Familiarity with AI coding tools such as Cursor, Windsurf, etc.\n• Strong understanding of SDLC processes and deployment best practices\n• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills\nPreferred Skills:\n• Experience with orchestration tools like n8n, Dify, or IBM Orchestrate\n• Knowledge of Prompt Engineering and AI workflow optimization\n• Experience in full-stack application development\nEducation:\nBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.\nApply at:
