Interested candidates, kindly mail to [email protected]\n\nMain Purpose\n• The Sr. Lead Drilling Support is responsible for providing technical, operational, and administrative support for drilling operations.\n• Support planning, monitoring, coordination, and reporting activities to ensure the safe, efficient, and cost-effective execution of well operations in compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.\n• Act as a coordination link between field operations, service providers, and cross-functional departments to ensure smooth execution of drilling programs.\n\nJob Accountabilities\n• Assist in the preparation and review of drilling programs in line with operational objectives and approved well plans.\n• Work closely with the Head Drilling team for operational planning and support.\n• Monitor daily drilling and well operation activities and provide operational support to field teams for effective execution.\n• Work with field teams to implement new initiatives aimed at enhancing drilling efficiency.\n• Review Daily Progress Reports (DPRs), operational summaries, and performance analysis reports.\n• Maintain and review drilling databases, records, and operational documentation.\n• Coordinate with Land, Civil, Geological, Production, SCM, and other support functions for operational requirements and execution planning.\n• Support budgeting, cost tracking, invoice verification, and monitoring of operational expenditures.\n• Analyze operational performance, non-productive time (NPT), and equipment utilization to identify opportunities for improvement and cost optimization.\n• Support procurement and mobilization planning for drilling materials, equipment, and services.\n• Assist in the preparation of technical presentations, management reports, and operational dashboards.\n• Ensure operational activities and documentation comply with statutory, regulatory, and HSE requirements.\n• Support the implementation of standard operating procedures (SOPs), technical standards, and best practices.\n• Coordinate with service providers and contractors to ensure timely execution and operational readiness.\n• Contribute to technical knowledge sharing, mentoring of junior engineers, and continuous improvement initiatives.\n• Promote and support a strong safety culture and adherence to company HSE policies.\n\nSkills Required\n• Good technical understanding of drilling and well intervention operations\n• Knowledge of drilling reporting systems, operational documentation, and performance tracking\n• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills with proficiency in report preparation and operational analysis\n• Sound techno-commercial understanding and cost-monitoring capabilities\n• Effective interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills\n• Strong planning, organizational, and multitasking abilities\n• Team-oriented approach with commitment to continuous improvement, safety, and operational excellence.\n\nQualification\n• Bachelor’s degree or higher qualification in Petroleum or Mechanical Engineering from a recognized university.\n\nExperience Required\n• Minimum 12–15 years of experience in CBM and Oil & Gas exploration and drilling operations.\n\nInterested candidates, kindly mail to [email protected]
