Job Description

We are seeking an AVP / SAVP of Analytics Delivery & Operations to act as the \"Chief Operating Officer\" of our analytics organization. In this highly enterprising, executive role, you will have master oversight of global analytics delivery across all client PODs. You will utilize a balanced and data-driven approach to intervene in operations, providing critical mitigation strategies to ensure revenue goals and fiscal forecasts are met.

You will partner closely with POD account managers and analytics teams to engineer tactical solutions that evolve into enterprise-grade strategic frameworks.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n1. Analytics Delivery Oversight & Revenue Realization\nMaster Delivery Management: Oversee end-to-end analytics delivery across multiple client PODs, ensuring operational excellence, strict quality control, and the seamless execution of data-driven solutions.\nCrisis Mitigation & Revenue Remediation: Act as the ultimate escalation point for operational variances. Design and execute objective, data-driven revenue remediation plans to overcome complex fiscal shortfalls and ensure precise forecast accuracy across major healthcare accounts.\nEnterprising Partnership: Partner aggressively with POD Account Managers and commercial leaders to align analytics delivery directly with client P&L objectives, ensuring all commissioned revenue goals are achieved or exceeded.\n2.

Tactical Interventions & Strategic Framework Architecture\nTactical Problem Solving: Dive deep into specific POD challenges to devise immediate, tactical analytics solutions (e.g., targeted SQL rules, rapid hospital profiling, or data deep-dives) that course-correct performance gaps.\nFramework Evolution: Systematically harvest successful tactical interventions from individual PODs and architect them into scalable, strategic analytics frameworks that can be deployed across the broader enterprise portfolio.\n3. Operational Excellence & Automation\nDrive Automation: Spearhead the continuous automation of delivery pipelines and operational reporting across all POD analytics teams to maximize efficiency and reduce manual overhead.\nNext-Gen Integration: Champion the integration of advanced technologies, including the deployment of Agentic AI frameworks and automated decision engines, to accelerate pattern mining and shift-left capabilities within the delivery lifecycle.\nResource & Capacity Management: Optimize resource allocation, talent deployment, and cross-pollination of skills across various PODs to maintain a high-performing, agile organizational structure.\n\nSummary of Qualifications\nThe ideal candidate is a seasoned, operational powerhouse with 15+ years of overall experience in analytics delivery, operations management, and enterprise consulting.\nLeadership Experience: 10+ years of experience leading large-scale analytics delivery organizations, acting in a COO or senior delivery oversight capacity.\nConsulting & Operations Pedigree: Deep expertise in managing complex operational matrices, mitigating delivery risks, and partnering with account management to drive revenue.\nDomain Expertise: Profound understanding of the US Healthcare value chain, specifically Payment Integrity, Payers, and Providers. Proven track record of managing multi-million dollar revenue portfolios in an outcome-driven environment.\nEducation: MBA from a Top Tier B-school is strongly preferred, or an advanced degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Operations Research, or Business Administration.\n\nCore Skillsets & Competencies\nOperational Command: Exceptional capability to oversee massive, concurrent data operations and step in with objective, unbiased, and data-driven mitigation strategies when targets are at risk.\nAdvanced Analytics Foundation: Deep understanding of the analytics lifecycle (SQL, Python, Databricks, AI/ML pipelines) to effectively guide technical teams and evaluate tactical solutions.\nCommercial & P&L Acumen: Enterprising mindset with a strong grasp of business optimization, financial forecasting, and ROI realization within commission-based revenue models.\nFramework Development: Unique ability to bridge the gap between \"in-the-weeds\" tactical execution and high-level strategic framework development.\nExecutive Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication, capable of driving consensus among internal POD leaders, account managers, and executive stakeholders.
