Job Description
You’ll dive into wireframes, prototypes, feedback loops, and user journeys to help design experiences people actually want to use (and love coming back to).\n\nThe Contribution\nUX Design Interns are expected (post-learning phase) to:\nCollaborate on user flows, wireframes, and journey mapping\nTurn briefs into intuitive, usable, and delightful product experiences\nWork closely with strategists, developers, and visual designers\nExplore and share multiple UX approaches to solve design challenges\nContribute to usability testing and translate learnings into improvements\nHelp document user personas, edge cases, and experience gaps\nStay curious about design tools, UX trends, and evolving platform patterns\nBalance user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility, one decision at a time\n\nYou Are\nA curious observer of apps, websites, and how people actually use them\nSomeone who asks why before jumping to how\nInterested in product thinking, behavior patterns, and user empathy\nExploring tools like Figma, FigJam, or anything that helps ideas come alive\nOpen to learning how to communicate design decisions with clarity and confidence\nComfortable iterating through feedback, not afraid of thoughtful critique\nAlways wondering how to make things simpler, kinder, smarter, and smoother\nA systems thinker—with a soft spot for microinteractions\n\nAlso Worth Knowing\nThis is a safe space for learning, experimenting, and asking questions out loud.\nWhether you’re a design school grad, a self-taught Figma explorer, or just someone who loves UX, this internship is about growth, not labels.\nWe believe good design comes from good people, thoughtful, kind, and curious.
