HTC has global delivery centers across the globe.\n\nAbout the Job\nWe are seeking a Service Desk Analyst with good communication and good experience in ticketing system (ServiceNow).\n\nSkill Requirements:\n2–5 years of experience in an IT support/help desk environment.\nExcellent communication skills (English)\nExperience in Windows OS, MS Office Suite, email clients, printers, and networking fundamentals.\nExcellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.\nAbility to multitask and handle a high volume of support requests.\nProvide excellent customer service and maintain a high level of user satisfaction.\nAssist in identifying recurring issues and contribute to knowledge base updates.\nLog, categorize, and prioritize incidents and service requests in the ITSM tools.
