Job Description

Job Role- Dietician (On Contract)\nExperience Required- 2 to 4 Years\nJob Location- Noida\n\nAbout Times Internet\nAt Times Internet, we create premium digital products that simplify and enhance the lives of millions. As India’s largest digital products company, we have a significant presence across News, Sports, Fintech, and Enterprise solutions. Our portfolio features iconic brands such as TOI, ET, NBT, Cricbuzz, Times Prime, Times Card, Indiatimes, TechGig and many more.\nAs an equal opportunity employer, Times Internet strongly promotes inclusivity and diversity.

We are proud to have achieved overall gender pay parity in 2018, verified by an independent audit conducted by Aon Hewitt.\n\nAbout the Product\nTimes Health is the newest, high-growth wellness venture from Times Internet. We aren’t just building another app — we are leveraging India’s largest media reach to solve the health crisis for 1.4 billion Indians.\nOur current core engine is a high-velocity daily yoga program, but our vision is much larger: becoming the primary health destination for every Indian household.\nNutrition is the next big frontier. We’re building a full-stack diet consultation layer that sits alongside our yoga programs — giving users a 360° wellness experience that drives engagement, retention, and monetization.\n\nRole Overview\nThis section matters, because the top 1% of talent will filter themselves here.\nYou will be the face of Times Health’s nutrition arm — delivering personalized diet consultations to our user base while directly owning retention and contributing to revenue growth.\nNot just advise.

Not just consult. Own the user’s health outcome.\nThis is not a clinic job. This is a tech-first, scale-first role where your clinical expertise meets product thinking, user psychology, and business impact.\n\nKey Responsibilities\nDeliver High-Impact Diet Consultations\nConduct 1:1 and group diet consultations (video/audio/chat) for our subscriber base.\nDesign personalized meal plans tailored to Indian dietary habits, regional cuisines, and specific health goals (weight loss, PCOS, diabetes management, thyroid, gut health).\nGo beyond generic templates — build plans that users actually follow, adapt to, and rave about.\nIntegrate nutrition advice with the user’s existing yoga/fitness program on Times Health for a holistic wellness experience.\n\nOwn User Retention (Primary KPI)\nThis is your biggest lever.\nDrive repeat consultations and sustained user engagement through follow-up protocols, check-ins, and progress tracking.\nIdentify and reduce drop-off points — understand why users disengage after Week 1 or Week 3 and fix it.\nBuild “stickiness” through habit formation: weekly meal prep guides, seasonal diet challenges, and community engagement.\nTarget: Improve 30-day and 90-day user retention rates for diet-attached subscribers.\nYour retention metrics directly influence your performance evaluation and growth trajectory.\n\nContribute to Revenue Growth (Secondary KPI)\nUpsell premium consultation packages, specialized diet programs (e.g., 90-day transformation, pregnancy nutrition, sports nutrition), and bundled wellness plans.\nIdentify opportunities to attach health supplements, diagnostic tests, or partner products to your consultation flow.\nProvide input on pricing and packaging of diet SKUs based on user willingness-to-pay signals you observe first-hand.\nRevenue is a secondary but meaningful metric — you won’t be hard-selling, but you will be expected to understand the commercial layer of your role.\n\nBuild Scalable Nutrition Content & Frameworks\nCreate reusable diet templates, meal plan libraries, and condition-specific nutrition guides that can serve thousands of users beyond 1:1 consultations.\nCollaborate with the content and product team to develop in-app nutrition features (meal trackers, grocery lists, recipe integrations).\nContribute to community content — short-form nutrition tips, myth-busters, seasonal eating guides, and Q&A sessions.\n\nFeed the Product Loop\nShare structured user feedback with the product team — what users ask for, complain about, and love.\nHelp design experiments: “Does adding a free diet assessment increase yoga-to-diet conversion by 20%?”\nTrack and report on your own consultation metrics: NPS, user satisfaction, rebooking rate, and churn reduction.\n\nWhat Makes You a Fit\nThis is for someone who combines clinical credibility with a startup operator’s hunger.\n\nMust-Haves\nB.Sc./M.Sc.

in Nutrition & Dietetics, Food Science, or Clinical Nutrition from a recognized institution.\n1–3 years of hands-on experience in diet consultation — clinical, wellness, or digital health setting.\nDeep understanding of Indian dietary patterns, regional cuisines, and culturally relevant nutrition planning.\nExperience managing a caseload of clients with measurable health outcomes (not just meal plan creation).\nStrong communication skills — you can explain complex nutrition science in simple, relatable language.\nComfort with digital tools — video consultations, health tracking apps, CRM/scheduling platforms.\nBias for action: You don’t wait for perfect data. You consult, observe, adapt, and improve.\nNice-to-Haves\nCertified Diabetes Educator (CDE) or similar specialization.\nFamiliarity with subscription-based or freemium business models.\nActive social media or content presence in the nutrition/wellness space.\nExperience designing group nutrition programs or challenges at scale.\n\nWhy This Role Matters\nNutrition in India is broken. It’s either unaffordable (premium dieticians at ₹2,000+/session), inaccessible (concentrated in metros), or unreliable (Instagram influencers with zero credentials).\nTimes Health is here to fix that.

By taking this seat, you will directly shape:\nHow millions of Indians eat, recover, and take control of their health.\nThe playbook for how Times Group builds India’s most trusted nutrition platform.\nThe integration model between fitness (yoga) and nutrition that no Indian player has cracked at scale.\n\nWhy Join Times Health\nImpact at Scale: Your consultations won’t serve 20 clients a month. You’ll be part of a system designed to serve thousands.\nDistribution Advantage: Access to the massive Times Group audience — your work reaches users no standalone clinic ever could.\nStartup Speed, Corporate Safety Net: Move fast, break things, but with the backing of India’s largest media house.\nCareer Growth: This isn’t a dead-end clinical role. High performers will own nutrition categories, lead teams, and shape product strategy.\nMission: A chance to democratize quality nutrition advice for 1.4 billion Indians.
