Post\nOffice Project Engineer – Co-ordination Lead\n\nAbout the Role :\n\nWe are seeking a highly capable Senior Engineer to lead the coordination and execution of our civil engineering projects. This role is central to ensuring smooth delivery across design development, site execution, and client coordination. You will be responsible for managing end-to-end project activities with clarity, precision, and accountability.\n\nKey Responsibilities :\n1) Handle complete civil engineering projects independently from design to execution\n2) Lead site coordination and client coordination activities\n3) Ensure smooth integration between design intent and on-site execution\n4) Oversee project planning, scheduling, and progress tracking\n5) Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal teams\n6) Ensure timely delivery of project milestones with quality control\n7) Review drawings for accuracy, feasibility, and execution readiness\n8) Maintain clear communication flow across all stakeholders\n9) Support decision-making through technical evaluation and analysis\n\nRequired Experience & Skills :\n- Minimum 7+ years of in-office experience in civil engineering design\n- Ability to handle complete projects independently\n- Experience in site coordination and client coordination\n- Only in-office work experience will be considered\n- Candidates with only site experience are not eligible\n- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape, and MS Office\n- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering\n- Experience in project planning and management\n- Strong knowledge of civil engineering design principles\n- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills\n- Strong communication and teamwork abilities\n\nRequired Qualities & Values :\n- Detail-oriented with strong ownership of work\n- Structured, calm, and solution-driven in approach\n- Confident in handling clients, consultants, and site teams\n- Able to manage multiple project stages without losing control on quality\n- Committed to delivering technically sound and execution-ready outcomes\n\nLocation :\nCoimbatore, Tamil Nadu (Studio)\n\nCompensation :\nAligned with experience and capability (benchmark: ₹5L – ₹8L per annum)
