This role oversees cross-functional leadership, drives operational excellence, and ensures alignment between vision, execution, and impact.\n\nThe CXO acts as the execution anchor of the company, managing C-level leaders and senior teams while championing learner-centric, outcome-driven medical education.\n\nSkills\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\n- Own company-wide execution of strategic priorities and OKRs\n- Manage and align the C-team and functional heads\n- Ensure cross-functional collaboration, accountability, and delivery\n- Translate CEO and Board vision into clear execution plans and measurable outcomes\n- Drive operational rigor, cadence, and decision-making across leadership\n\nExperience & Outcomes Ownership\n\n- Own the end-to-end experience for learners, educators, institutions, and enterprise customers\n- Ensure platforms deliver measurable learning outcomes, engagement, and adoption\n- Champion learner-centric, educator-friendly, and institution-ready solutions\n- Balance experience quality with scalability, efficiency, and business goals\n- Partner closely with CTO and Product leadership to ensure execution excellence\n- Align academic, clinical, and instructional design with platform capabilities\n- Ensure learning journeys are intuitive, credible, and aligned with medical education standards\n- Oversee onboarding, engagement, assessments, certifications, and renewals\n\nPerformance, Metrics & Governance\n\n- Define and track success metrics across experience, learning outcomes, retention, and revenue\n- Establish governance models for delivery, prioritization, and risk management\n- Identify execution bottlenecks and proactively resolve them\n- Report progress, risks, and outcomes to CEO and Board\n- Build a high-performance, accountable, and collaborative leadership culture\n- Coach and develop senior leaders across functions\n- Promote clarity of roles, decision rights, and ownership\n- Reinforce values of excellence, learner impact, and execution discipline\n\nRequired Qualifications\n\n- 12+ years of leadership experience, including senior executive roles\n- Proven track record of managing C-level leaders or large cross-functional teams\n- Experience in EdTech, medical education, healthcare training, or digital platforms\n- Strong execution, operational, and stakeholder management skills\n- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on problem-solving\n\nPreferred Qualifications\n\n- Experience scaling education or SaaS platforms from growth to maturity\n- Familiarity with medical education ecosystems (UG/PG, CME/CPD, exam prep, institutional training)\n- Exposure to regulated or credibility-driven domains (healthcare, life sciences)\n- Board-level communication and governance experience\n\nSuccess Indicators\n\n- Strategy translated into consistent, high-quality execution\n- Strong alignment and performance across the C-team\n- Improved learner engagement, outcomes, and institutional satisfaction\n- Predictable delivery, operational clarity, and scalable growth\n\n#J-18808-Ljbffr
