It is an opportunity to create products that can redefine the industry.\nPosition: Power Electronics Engineer – R&D / Product Development\nLocation: Mumbai / Vasai-Virar, Maharashtra\nKey Responsibilities: Design and improve high-power switching systems using IGBT, MOSFET and SiC technologies\nWork on Plasma Cutting Power Sources , high-frequency inverter systems and chopper topologies\nDesign and optimize:\nHigh-current DC power supplies\nInverter and chopper circuits\nSoft-switching and resonant topologies\nMagnetic components (transformers, inductors)\nGate drive circuits and protection systems\nImprove machine reliability under harsh industrial conditions:\nHigh ambient temperature\nDust\nVoltage fluctuations\nContinuous-duty operation\nDevelop advanced protection systems:\nOver-current\nArc abnormalities\nThermal protection\nPredictive fault diagnostics\nWork on embedded controls and digital intelligence:\nDSP / Microcontrollers\nClosed-loop control\nPWM systems\nSensor integration\nParticipate in:\nTesting\nFailure analysis\nRoot-cause investigation\nProduct validation\nWork towards creating self-diagnostic and intelligent power systems with IoT capability\nCollaborate with mechanical, software and field service teams\nDesired Technical Skills: Experience in one or more of the following:\n'14; High-frequency power converters\n'14; IGBT/SiC based systems\n'14; PWM control techniques\n'14; Current control systems\n'14; Analog and digital control\n'14; Thermal management systems\n'14; EMI / EMC reduction techniques\n'14; Industrial electronics reliability engineering\n'14; Simulation tools:\nMATLAB\nLTSpice\nPSIM\nPLECS\nAltium\nOrCAD\nAdditional preference:\nExperience in Welding/Plasma/Laser power sources\nExposure to high-current industrial systems (100–500 A+)\nExperience in harsh industrial environment design\nKnowledge of predictive maintenance and IoT systems\nExperience: Senior Engineers: 8–15 years\nLead development and architecture of future products\nMid-Level Engineers: 4–8 years\nOwn subsystem design and testing\nYoung Innovators / Fresh Talent: 1–3 years\nStrong fundamentals and passion for power electronics\nCandidates from:\nWelding equipment\nPlasma systems\nIndustrial UPS\nEV power electronics\nRenewable energy systems\nHigh-power converters\nIndustrial automation\nare encouraged to apply.\nCompensation (Suggested) For Mumbai/Vasai region and specialized R&D roles:\n1–3 Years: ₹6–10 LPA\n4–8 Years: ₹10–18 LPA\n8–15 Years: ₹18–35+ LPA\nExceptional candidates with proven innovation track record can be offered:\nPerformance-linked incentives\nLeadership role\nESOP consideration\nFast-track growth\nWhy Join Us?
