Job Title: Assistant Manager - Sales

Location: Sarovar Portico Sriperumbudur

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Assistant Manager - Sales to lead unit Sales at Sarovar Portico Sriperumbudur. You will focus on building strong client relationships, increasing room and banquet sales for the hotels, and maintaining & building business pipelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue goals for the hotel
• Identify new business opportunities and maintain client relationships in the feeder market
• Handle corporate, group, catering and event bookings to generate new revenue streams for the hotel
• Work closely with the corporate sales team to ensure business development from all available sources
• Prepare sales reports and forecasts for the hotel and communicate timely to the concerned teams
• Align sales strategies of the brand as per the organization and hotel revenue goals

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, or a related field
• 04+ years of sales experience in the hospitality industry preferably in the feeder market of Tamil Nadu
• Experience of working with hospitality brands is preferred
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
