Job Description – Compensation & Benefits (C&B) Specialist / Manager\nLocation-Chennai-Navalur-WFO\nExp-5-12\nEducation-Mandatory-MBA-Finance\n\nWe are hiring for a Compensation & Benefits (C&B) role for our HR team.\nLooking for professionals with strong expertise in Compensation Analytics, HR data analysis, stakeholder management, and salary negotiations.\nRole Requirements:\n• 5–12 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits / HR Analytics\n• MBA / PGDM in HR & Finance from a reputed institute\n• Strong analytical capability and business understanding\n• Excellent communication and presentation skills\n• Highly proficient in Excel, Google Sheets, PowerPoint, and dashboards\n• Strong exposure to compensation benchmarking, salary structures, budgeting, and HR MIS\n• Ability to work closely with senior business stakeholders and leadership teams\n• Presentable, confident, and detail-oriented professional\nPreferred:\n• Experience in Technology / BFSI / Product organizations\n• Exposure to compensation reporting, analytics, and data-driven HR decision-making\nLocation: Chennai / Bangalore / Pune
