The role may support one or multiple clients based on business needs.\nThe Lead Analyst is responsible for creating high-level and complex analysis, approving all system configurations, technical documentation, and testing outcomes, and ensuring alignment with client requirements and system capabilities. The role plays a critical governance function by signing off on production migrations, ensuring stability of newly released projects, and managing a smooth transition to operations for ongoing support.\nIn addition, the Lead Analyst provides strong technical leadership by coaching and mentoring Senior Analysts and Analysts on quality, technology, and client-specific requirements. The role also involves coordinating with Project / Performance Team Managers to manage workload, address unplanned work, and ensure delivery commitments are met.

Depending on business needs, the role may also include people management responsibilities.\n\nKey Responsibilities\nPartner with clients to understand technical requirements, manage expectations, and guide analysis activities.\nDefine and execute integrated system and testing strategies for aligned services.\nPerform high-level gap and impact analysis and delegate detailed analysis as appropriate.\nOversee data conversion, interface strategy, and integration with Shared Services.\nEnsure maintenance of regression test plans and integration of test execution and quality.\nLead deployment execution, production stabilization, and system abend monitoring.\nDrive precise technical documentation, including gap analysis and transition artifacts.\nFoster a collaborative and performance-driven team environment.\n\nEducation:\nB.Tech (CS / IT / ECE) or MCA – mandatory Experience\nPrior experience with Alight / Aon / Wipro is an added advantage\nHealth or Retirement Domain experience preferred\nExperience in development and implementation of software solutions\nStrong project management experience.\n\nBenefits\nWe offer programs and plans for a healthy mind, body, wallet and life because it’s important our benefits care for the whole person.
