Engineer /Senior Engineer/Assistant Manager - Process (Cell Manufacturing)

Job Description:\n\nJob Purpose:\nIncumbent shall be responsible for technology development, implementation, Innovation/R&D, efficiency & yield improvement for Solar Cell for Cluster of Wet Chemistry or Thermal/LDSE/LCO or Metallization.\n\nRoles and Responsibilities:\n• Overall Implementation of process management in cluster\n• Technical Evaluation of Potential Raw Material & vendor\n• Training & Developing of technical teams\n• Prepare SOPs, Control Plan/WI/CS/SPC for their cluster\n• Rejection analysis & suggest improvement actions\n• Continuous Improvement in cell efficiency, yield, Throughput & drive cost reduction projects\n• Ensure all External and internal auditory standards as per company requirements.\n• Control of Non-Conforming Productions\n• Keep up-to-date on new external developments on processes for his/her cluster\n• Responsible to keep a close eye on external developments in his/her field of expertise that\nmight be relevant to ReNew technology roadmap Safety\n• Achieve zero safety incidents\n• Comply with the company's safety protocols at all times\n• Participate in projects related to safety improvement\n\nRequired Skills:\n• Characterization knowledge of Solar cell for process improvement for his/her cluster.\n• Experience in Six Sigma Methodologies, QC tools & Statistical Software (Minitab, JMP etc.) &\nMS Office\n• Good presentation, interpersonal and communication skills\nEssential areas/ factors/ conditions in which incumbent should have experience\n• Wet Chemistry:\n• Knowledge and hands-on experience of Wet Chemistry process & equipment's from supplier like SC China, RENA, Schmid & Kingenious for Texturing, Polishing, Cleaning etc.\nThermal / LDSE / LCO\n• Knowledge and hands-on experience of Thermal process and equipment's from suppliers like\nSC China & Centrotherm for Diffusion / Annealing / Oxidation / PECVD / PVD / LPCVD / ALD\netc.\n• Knowledge and hands-on experience of Laser process and equipment's from suppliers like\nMaxwell, DR Laser & Innolas for Laser Doped Selective Emitter & Laser Contact Opening.\nOr\n• Metallization\nKnowledge and hands-on experience of Metallization line process & equipment's from supplier like AMAT, Maxwell & ASYS for Metallization / Firing / LID Regenerator / IV & EL Tester
