The role will oversee financial operations, statutory and internal audits, regulatory compliance, and investor relations while ensuring strong financial controls and reporting standards.\n\nKey Responsibilities\nLead and manage the complete Accounts & Finance function of the company\nOversee financial reporting, accounting, taxation, budgeting, and cash flow management\nEnsure compliance with statutory, regulatory, and listing requirements applicable to a BSE SME listed entity\nCoordinate and manage internal, statutory, tax, and secretarial audits\nMaintain and strengthen internal controls and financial governance\nPrepare and present MIS, financial statements, and management reports\nHandle investor relations , stakeholder communication, and support board/reporting requirements\nLiaise with auditors, bankers, consultants, and regulatory authorities\nSupport strategic financial planning and business decision-making\n\nCandidate Profile\nQualified CA with 1+ years of experience is preferred\nProven experience in accounts, finance, audit, and compliance , preferably in a listed company environment\nExposure to BSE SME / IPO-listed company compliance and investor relations will be an advantage\nStrong leadership, analytical, and stakeholder management skills\nPreference for candidates from close proximity to the office location\nFlexible schedule and willingness to travel frequently as required by the role\n\nWork Arrangement\nFull-time, Work from Office\n6-day working week
