Head of Construction

This role is for one of the Weekday's clients\n\nMin Experience: 18+ years\n\nLocation: Bangalore\n\nJobType: full-time\n\nWe are seeking an experienced and strategic leader to head the Projects and Construction vertical for a leading real estate and development organization. This role is responsible for driving enterprise-level execution strategy, portfolio governance, operational excellence, and long-term scalability across large residential and mixed-use development projects.\n\nThe Head of Construction will play a critical role in aligning project execution with broader business objectives, ensuring strong delivery outcomes, capital efficiency, customer satisfaction, and sustainable organizational growth.
