We are looking for 5+ years of experienced candidates for this role.\nJob Location: Trivandrum/Cochin (Kerala)\nPrimary Skills :\nBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.\n4-6+ years of experience in QA and minimum 5+ years in Salesforce application\nAgile Development: Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams, sprint planning, and estimation.\nJob Description:\nSalesforce Platform Knowledge – Understanding of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and custom objects\nTesting Types – Functional, Regression, UAT, API testing (REST/SOAP), and Integration testing\nAutomation Tools – Selenium, Playwright\nApex Testing – Ability to validate triggers, classes, and batch jobs.\nSOQL/SOSL – Writing queries to validate data in Salesforce.\nData Management – Experience with data loading tools (Data Loader, Workbench).\nTest Management – Using Jira, Xray, Zephyr for test case management.\nAgile/DevOps Practices – Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions).\nCommunication & Collaboration – Working with admins, developers, and business users.\nWrite and maintain unit tests to ensure high-quality code.\nProactive in approach and suggest testing solution\nCommunicate effectively with client technical partners to clarify requirements and align on implementation.\nResponsibilities include:\nDefine and execute QA strategy, test plans, and scenarios for Salesforce implementations across Sales, Service, and Marketing Clouds.\nDevelop, review, and maintain manual and automated test cases/scripts covering Salesforce configurations, customizations, and integrations.\nImplement and enhance test automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Provar, Copado) and integrate with CI/CD pipelines.\nIdentify, log, and manage defects using tools like JIRA/Azure DevOps, ensuring high-quality releases and adherence to Salesforce best practices.
