Role Overview:\nThe role is responsible for leading international and domestic marketing initiatives for the head office team, with a primary focus on international marketing and domestic marketing . The role requires driving brand visibility, patient engagement and strategic marketing campaigns across global and Indian markets.\n\nKey Roles and Responsibilities:\nInternational Marketing\nLead international branding and strategic marketing initiatives across multiple global markets.\nManage relationships with marketing, digital and creative agencies.\nOversee social media management and digital communication for international pages.\nCoordinate with international SPOCs and partners across 10 countries for campaign execution and market activations.\nSupport international patient acquisition and brand-building initiatives.\nDomestic Marketing\nConceptualize and execute patient-focused brand campaigns to drive walk-in patient footfall across hospitals in India.\nManage existing customer engagement and patient loyalty programmes.\nLead nationwide health day campaigns, awareness initiatives and on-ground activations across hospital units.\nAnalyze campaign performance and generate actionable marketing insights.\n\nExperience & Qualifications\nMBA / Master’s degree in Marketing or Healthcare Management.\n6–10 years of marketing experience, preferably in healthcare, hospitality or multi-location consumer services.\nStrong experience in branding, agency management, campaign management, digital marketing and stakeholder coordination.\nExcellent communication, analytical and project management skills.\nProven experience in a brand communications project.
