The candidate will be responsible for counseling prospective students and parents over phone calls and digital platforms, providing accurate information about academic programs, and guiding them through the admission process. The role requires strong communication skills, a target-driven approach, and the ability to maintain positive relationships with students to achieve enrollment goals.\nKey Responsibilities:\nCounsel prospective students and parents regarding academic programs, admission procedures, and career opportunities via phone calls and online platforms\nHandle inbound and outbound calls to generate and nurture admission leads\nConduct regular follow-ups with prospective students to convert inquiries into admissions\nProvide detailed information about courses, eligibility criteria, fee structure, and admission timelines\nGuide students through the application, documentation, and enrollment process\nMaintain accurate records of student interactions, inquiries, and admissions in CRM systems\nAchieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and admission targets\nCoordinate with the Admissions and Academic teams to ensure smooth onboarding of students\nAddress student queries and provide timely resolution to concerns\nEnsure high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the admission cycle\n\nRequired Skills & Qualifications:\nGraduate in any discipline\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills\nStrong convincing and counseling abilities\nTarget-oriented and result-driven mindset\nBasic knowledge of MS Office and CRM systems\nAbility to work in a fast-paced and performance-driven environment\nGood time management and organizational skills\n\nExperience:\n1–3 years of experience in / Telecounseling / Admissions / Sales /\nExperience in the Education / EdTech / University sector - preffered
