Noida (Onsite) Work Hours: 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM IST, Monday to Friday Experience: 2+ years in B2B outbound sales within IT services or IT staffing\n\nAbout the Role We’re hiring an Outbound Business Development Representative to create qualified meetings and pipeline across IT services and staffing (staff augmentation/contract/perm). You’ll run targeted, multi-channel outreach to US markets and hand off qualified opportunities to AEs/Recruitment Leads.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\n- Build ICPs and target account lists for IT services and staffing use cases.\n- Execute multi-channel outreach (cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, cadences) to secure discovery calls.\n- Qualify prospects (BANT/MEDDIC-lite), uncover hiring/project needs, and position services or staffing solutions.\n- Coordinate with AEs/Recruitment for smooth handoffs; drive show rates with confirmations/follow-ups.\n- Personalize messaging using account research, triggers, and buyer roles (IT leaders, Procurement, Talent).\n- Maintain CRM hygiene (HubSpot/Salesforce); track activities and pipeline progression.\n- A/B test subject lines/cadences; optimize for connect, reply, and meeting rates.\n- Collaborate with Marketing on campaigns and with Delivery/Recruitment on demand signals.\n- Meet/exceed targets for meetings, SQLs, and pipeline value; comply with outreach regulations.\n\nRequired Qualifications\n\n- 2+ years as SDR/BDR in IT services or IT staffing/consulting with consistent quota attainment.\n- Strong cold-calling, objection handling, and discovery skills.\n- Excellent written and verbal English; concise, persuasive messaging.\n- Hands-on with CRM and sequencing tools (HubSpot/Salesforce; Outreach/Salesloft/Apollo).\n- Comfortable with US hours; disciplined with activity KPIs and follow-through.\n- Research-driven, metrics-oriented, and resilient.\n\nMust Have\n\n- Experience selling staff augmentation, managed services, or project-based engagements.\n- Familiarity with enrichment/intent tools (ZoomInfo, Apollo, Lusha, Bombora).\n- Knowledge of procurement, MSAs, SOWs, and rate negotiations.\n\nKPIs (Indicative)\n\n- Qualified meetings booked/attended; SQLs and pipeline created.\n- Connect, reply, and conversion rates; show rates.\n- CRM data quality and cadence adherence.\n\nHow to Apply\n\n- Send your resume and a brief note on your best outbound campaign (with metrics) to [email protected] with subject “Application: Outbound Sales BDR – Noida”.\n- Include current CTC, expected CTC, and notice period.
