We are committed to ensuring client satisfaction by delivering the right talent at the right time.\n\nROLE SUMMARY:\nThe HR Operations Manager plays a pivotal role in aligning people, processes, and performance across ARK's India operations.\nThis position ensures smooth and disciplined execution in recruitment (for India and U.S. roles), onboarding, offboarding, and API reporting, while driving measurable outcomes and efficiency.\n\nThis role provides one clear point of accountability for HR operations in India and acts as the operational bridge between HR, Delivery, Accounting, and ARK Performance Insights, allowing the HRBP to focus on strategic policy, compliance, and U.S.

Talent Acquisition (India & U.S.)\nLead end-to-end recruitment for India internal positions and U.S. consultant roles.\nSupervise sourcing, screening, and closure timelines with clear SLAs.\nCoordinate with Delivery and Sales for hiring forecasts and workforce planning.\nMaintain recruitment dashboards and weekly hiring reports.\nMentor and develop the India TA team to ensure consistent performance quality.\n\n2.

HR Operations & Onboarding (India)\nOversee India onboarding, documentation, and offboarding processes.\nSupervise India onboarding/offboarding for consistency and compliance.\nEnsure documentation, audits, and processes are completed accurately and on time.\nStandardize HR forms, templates, and process flows.\n\n3. API Oversight (Performance & Insights)\nManage API data and reporting for HR, Delivery, and Accounting functions.\nIdentify trends, performance gaps, and recommend corrective actions.\nPresent monthly reports and improvement plans to leadership.\n\n4. People Management (India)\nSupervise a team of 6–8 HR, TA & API members in India.\nEnsure proper delegation, daily review rhythms, and accountability mechanisms.\nConduct performance reviews and skill development sessions.\n\n5.

Process Excellence & Governance\nDevelop and enforce SOPs for recruitment, onboarding, and termination.\nServe as escalation point for India HR and TA matters.\nPartner with HRBP to implement HR technology and automation enhancements.\n\nREQUIREMENTS:\n10–15 years' experience in HR & recruitment management, preferably in US IT staffing.\nProven experience managing India-based teams supporting U.S. recruitment.\nStrong analytical mindset with knowledge of JobDiva or similar ATS tools.\nExceptional communication and team leadership abilities.\nAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.\n\nKEY OUTCOMES:\nEnhanced recruitment speed and quality across India and U.S. pipelines.\nUnified, consistent onboarding experience for all employees.\nStreamlined API reporting and measurable performance improvement.\nReduced operational dependence on HRBP for day-to-day management.
