Database Manager

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Database Manager with strong expertise in Salesforce CRM to join our team at Empor Marcom.\n\nKey Requirements:\n\n- 3+ years of experience in CRM operations\n- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM\n- Good understanding of Salesforce Trailblazer\n- Experience managing B2B databases and CRM processes\n- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination skills\n- Prior exposure to events, media, or marketing industry is preferred\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\n- Manage and optimize Salesforce CRM operations and workflows.\n- Handle B2B database management, segmentation, cleansing, and enrichment activities.\n- Collaborate with internal stakeholders including sales, marketing, operations, and leadership teams to support business objectives.\n- Act as a point of contact for CRM-related coordination and stakeholder communication.\n- Utilize Salesforce Trailblazer for continuous learning and implementation of CRM best practices.\n- Generate reports, dashboards, and actionable insights for business teams.\n- Ensure CRM data accuracy, consistency, and process compliance.\n- Support event and marketing campaigns through CRM execution and tracking.\n- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for lead management and campaign effectiveness.\n- Coordinate/collaborate with salesforce partners for CRM enhancement.
