About the Role\nThe Procurement Manager for APAC will lead all procurement operations across the Asia-Pacific region for Teceze's Global Procurement Services (GPS) tower. This includes OEM hardware procurement, software licensing, vendor management, logistics coordination, and procurement process governance. The role is both strategic (supplier relationships, contract negotiation) and operational (order management, delivery tracking, cost control).\n\nKey Responsibilities\nLead APAC procurement operations — hardware, software, OEM, logistics, and AMC\nManage and develop the preferred supplier list for APAC — performance management, contract negotiation, and ongoing relationship governance\nAchieve best-value purchasing — price negotiation, volume commitments, rebate management\nManage the end-to-end PO lifecycle — requisition to delivery to payment verification\nEnsure procurement compliance — Teceze procurement policy, financial controls, and approval thresholds\nDrive procurement cost efficiency — identify and deliver measurable savings targets\nManage OEM partner relationships (Dell, HP, Lenovo, Cisco, Apple, Microsoft) — programme tiers, deal registration, and pricing\nCoordinate logistics and last-mile delivery for APAC client hardware orders\nProduce monthly procurement reports: spend analysis, savings achieved, supplier performance, pending orders\nWork with the GPS BU Head and Finance on procurement budget planning and forecasting\n\nEssential Requirements\n10+ years of procurement experience in IT hardware, software, or technology supply chain\nStrong OEM and vendor management experience — Dell, HP, Lenovo, Cisco, Microsoft partner programmes\nProven cost negotiation track record — specific savings achievements required at interview\nContract management experience — supplier agreements, SLAs, rebate structures\nStrong Excel and ERP/procurement platform proficiency (SAP Ariba, Coupa, or equivalent)\nUnderstanding of APAC logistics and import/export regulations relevant to IT equipment\nCIPS (Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply) qualification beneficial\n\nPreferred / Nice-to-Have\nExperience managing procurement across multiple APAC countries simultaneously\nOEM-side experience (sales or channel) at Dell, HP, or Lenovo\nIT reseller or distribution background\n\nHow Success Will Be Measured (First 6 Months)\nAchieve ≥5% cost reduction vs.
