Data Architect will lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise-class relational and dimensional data models while providing technical leadership through code reviews, mentoring engineers, and evolving best practices. In close partnership with leadership, solution architects, and development teams, this role will guide the Business Intelligence strategy to enhance data architecture, improve pipeline efficiency, and deliver high-quality solutions that meet business needs. Data Architect will balance hands-on development with driving cross-team alignment to deliver impactful results.\n\nMust have skills:\nData modeling tools such as Erwin, ER Studio, and Power Designer or other similar tools.\nData modeling experience across conceptual, logical, and physical models, including relational, dimensional, and NoSQL modeling (7-10+ years).\nMedallion architecture design (Bronze/Silver/Gold layers) and dimensional modeling (star/snowflake schemas).\nMulti-cloud data platform architecture design supporting scalability and interoperability.\nSemantic layer strategy and design: entities, dimensions, measures, and metrics aligned to business domains.\nMulti-tenant and multi-domain federation patterns for scalable data product integration.\nFederated catalog and metadata synchronization for unified data discovery, lineage, and governance.\nData lifecycle policy definition, including retention, archival, and storage optimization.\nMaster Data Management (MDM) and metadata management.\nFamiliarity with data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA) and data classification/handling standards.\nExperience with SQL and NoSQL database design platforms such as Snowflake, PostgreSQL, and Cassandra.\nExperience with big data technologies: Spark, Kafka, Flink, Python, etc.\nReal-time streaming data profiling, analysis, and processing.\nDatabricks (specifically Unity Catalog and Delta Lake architecture).\n\nAs an Architect, you must have:\nAbility to define and own enterprise data architecture strategy and roadmaps.\nExperience leading Architecture Review Boards or design authority processes.\nData governance framework design and enforcement, including lineage and cataloging.\nData analysis on source and target systems: identifying data gaps, root cause analysis, etc.\nStrong communication skills, with the ability to present complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders.\nCross-functional collaboration with engineering, TPM, analytics, and business teams.\nStrategic thinking with a focus on scalability, cost optimization, and futureproofing.\n\nWhat You’ll Bring:\nBachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Information Technology, Computer Science or Business (Required).\nExperience in lieu of education accepted (Required).\n10+ years' Experience with enterprise level database systems and environments such as Microsoft Azure, Snowflake, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), SQL Server or other.\n10+ years Progressive experience in software engineering / enterprise architecture / technology leadership across multiple products, systems and / or platforms coupled with strong business acumen and executive presence. (Required).\n10+ years' Experience working in solutions design and enterprise architecture delivering IT solutions.
