The role requires designing robust automation frameworks, validating cloud‑based applications, and driving quality practices across Agile teams in an AWS environment.\n\nKey Responsibilities\nDesign, develop, and maintain automation test frameworks using Selenium and Playwright\nCreate and execute automated test scripts for web applications and APIs\nIntegrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines\nPerform functional, regression, smoke, and integration testing\nValidate applications deployed on AWS Cloud environments\nAnalyse test results, log defects, and work closely with developers for resolution\nEnsure test coverage, reusability, and maintainability of test artefacts\nParticipate in requirement reviews, sprint planning, and design discussions\nMentor junior QA engineers and conduct test automation code reviews\n\nMandatory Technical Skills\nSelenium WebDriver (Java / Python preferred)\nPlaywright (JavaScript / TypeScript preferred)\nStrong knowledge of automation frameworks and design patterns\nWeb technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript\nAPI testing using REST (Postman / RestAssured – preferred)\nTest management and defect tracking tools\nGit for version control\nAWS & Cloud (Required Exposure)\nTesting applications hosted on AWS Cloud\nExposure to AWS services such as EC2, S3, Lambda, CloudWatch\nUnderstanding of cloud-based test environments and deployments\nCI/CD exposure (Jenkins / GitHub Actions / AWS pipelines)\n\nGood to Have\nBDD frameworks (Cucumber / SpecFlow)\nPerformance or security testing exposure\nTest automation for microservices and cloud‑native applications\nExperience in BFSI or large enterprise systems\n\nSoft Skills\nStrong analytical and problem‑solving skills\nGood communication and cross‑team collaboration\nAbility to work independently and take ownership of quality\nExperience working in Agile / Scrum teams\n\nTCS Eligibility Criteria:\n*BE/B.tech/MCA/M.Sc./MS with minimum 6 years of relevant IT-experience post Qualification.\n*Only Full-Time courses would be considered.\n*Candidates who have attended TCS interview within 1 month need not apply.\n\nReferrals are always welcome!!!
