Job Description
The candidate should demonstrate proven expertise in executing projects as a Unit Lead or Area Lead across various project phases and services, including Basic Engineering, Conceptual Design, FEED, PMT, and PMC .\nPossesses strong technical knowledge in Process and Project Engineering , covering all stages of the Oil & Gas sector, from Concept and FEED to Detailed Design for both Greenfield and Brownfield projects in Onshore and Offshore environments .\nHands-on expertise with industry-standard simulation tools such as HYSYS, FLARENET, OLGA, and ASPEN .\n\nResponsibilities:\n\nAnalyze and evaluate existing processes and systems to identify opportunities for improvement in safety, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.\nDevelop and implement process optimization strategies to maximize production output while minimizing energy consumption and environmental impact.\nConduct feasibility studies and risk assessments to evaluate the viability and safety of proposed process modifications or new installations.\nCollaborate with multidisciplinary teams to design, engineer, and implement process improvements, including equipment upgrades, procedural changes, and automation solutions.\nMonitor and analyze process data, operational parameters, and performance indicators to identify deviations, troubleshoot issues, and implement corrective actions.\nConduct process simulations and modeling to optimize operating conditions and predict the performance of new processes.\nDevelop and maintain process documentation, including process flow diagrams, operating procedures, and equipment specifications.\nProvide technical support and guidance to operations and maintenance teams to ensure proper execution of process-related activities.\nStay updated with industry trends, technological advancements, and regulatory requirements related to oil and gas production processes.\nParticipate in safety audits, incident investigations, and compliance assessments to ensure adherence to industry standards and regulatory guidelines.\n\nEssential Qualifications:\n\nBachelor's degree in chemical engineering, Petroleum Engineering, or a related field. A master's degree is preferred.\nProven experience as a Process Engineer in the oil and gas industry, preferably in upstream or downstream operations.\nStrong knowledge of process engineering principles, including process design, optimization, and troubleshooting.\nFamiliarity with process simulation software (e.g., Aspen HYSYS, UniSim, PRO/II) and engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, MATLAB) is advantageous. • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders
