The role focuses on building scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and third-party integrations. This position is ideal for someone with a strong background in Salesforce development and cross-functional collaboration, who thrives in a fast-paced, product-driven environment.\n\nWhat You’ll Do:\nSupport engineering projects by developing software solutions, conducting tests and inspections, and preparing reports and calculations\nDevelop a full software stack independently; understand system protocols, dependencies, and data flows\nPresent improvement proposals to management and influence architectural decisions\nParticipate in technical discussions and present concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders\nLearn continuously, create technical content, and coach others\nMentor other engineers and help drive technical decisions across functional teams\nDesign and implement improvements using new frameworks and technologies\nConduct investigative problem-solving for complex and non-routine technical issues\n\nWhat You’ll Bring:\n2–5 years of experience in Salesforce development\nBachelor’s degree in computer science or related field (or equivalent experience)\nProficiency in Apex, JavaScript, and Lightning Web Components\nHands-on experience with Salesforce Industry CPQ\nExperience with Aura Bundles, RESTful APIs, SOAP integrations\nStrong debugging and performance tuning skills\nSolid understanding of data structures, algorithms, OOP and functional programming\nExcellent problem-solving and communication skills\nExperience working with cross-functional teams in Agile environments\nOpenness to learning new tools and technologies\n\nMust Have Skills:\nSalesforce CRM, Velocity / Omni Studio, CPQ, order management, data modeling, Apex, LWC.
