Finance Executive (MIS and Analytics) - On Contract

Key Roles & Responsibilities :\n\nPrepare and maintain weekly, and monthly MIS reports for business and finance leadership.\nTrack key financial and operational metrics including revenue, collections, margins, manpower cost, and profitability.\nSupport the FP&A team in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis activities.\nConsolidate data from multiple sources and ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness of reports.\nCoordinate with cross-functional teams including Sales, marketing, Finance etc for data collection and validation.\nAssist in management reporting and preparation of business review presentations.\nPerform data analysis to identify trends, gaps, and actionable insights for decision-making.\nEnsure timely closure and circulation of MIS reports as per defined timelines.\nSupport ad-hoc financial analysis and management requests from leadership.\n\nSkills & Qualifications :\n\nEducational Qualification\nB.Com / M.Com from a recognized university.\nExperience\n4–5 years of relevant experience in MIS reporting, FP&A support, or finance operations.\nPrior experience in handling large datasets and management reporting is preferred.\nTechnical Skills\nStrong proficiency in Microsoft Excel\nGood understanding of financial statements and business metrics.\nExperience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms will be an added advantage.\nKnowledge of Power BI or similar visualization tools will be preferred.
