If you enjoy sharing knowledge, simplifying complex coding concepts, and shaping careers, we would love to hear from you.\n\nKey Responsibilities Deliver high-quality training sessions in Medical Coding (ICD-10-CM, CPT, HCPCS)\nTrain freshers and entry-level candidates across multiple specialties such as:\nRadiology & Interventional Radiology\nSurgery (Multi-specialty)\nE/M & ED Coding\nHCC / Risk Adjustment Coding\nAnesthesia\nMedicine\nDevelop and deliver structured training modules, presentations, and practical exercises\nConduct assessments, mock tests, and provide detailed feedback to trainees\nGuide students on real-time coding scenarios and industry best practices\nEnsure students understand coding guidelines (AMA, CMS, NCCI, OGCR)\nSupport trainees in interview preparation and job readiness\nMaintain training records, attendance, and performance reports\nCollaborate with management to continuously improve training content\n\nRequired Qualifications Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in Medical Coding\nStrong knowledge of:\nICD-10-CM, CPT, HCPCS\nMedical terminology, anatomy, and physiology\nCoding guidelines (CMS, AMA, NCCI edits, LCDs)\nCertification preferred: CPC / CRC / CCS / RCC\nExperience in multiple specialties is highly preferred\nPrior training or mentoring experience is an added advantage\n\nKey Skills Excellent communication and presentation skills\nStrong teaching and mentoring ability\nAbility to simplify complex concepts for beginners\nGood organizational and classroom management skills\nPassion for teaching and helping freshers build careers\nAbility to handle batches and engage students effectively\n\nWork Requirements Must be available for part-time training (flexible hours)\nMandatory onsite presence in Chennai office (daily)\nThis is NOT a remote/online role\n\nWhy Join Us?
