Job Title: Head – Plant Engineering\nLocation: Noida\nIndustry: Rubber Glove Manufacturing\nExperience: Minimum 11 years\nCompensation: ₹10–16 LPA, depending on experience and suitability\n\nJob Summary:\nWe are hiring a Head – Plant Engineering for a new batch dipping plant for rubber gloves in Noida. The role requires strong mechanical engineering knowledge and deep technical understanding of automated batch dipping machines, tank circulation systems, and related process equipment used in glove manufacturing or similar process industries.\n\nThis is primarily a technical plant engineering role , focused on supporting the conceptualization, design, technical evaluation, selection, installation, and improvement of custom batch dipping machines and other process equipment. The candidate should be able to work closely with management and SPM companies to translate process requirements into technically suitable machine designs and equipment purchase decisions.\n\nKey Requirements:\nMinimum 11 years’ experience in plant engineering / mechanical engineering / process equipment / installation in manufacturing\nStrong mechanical engineering background\nDeep technical knowledge of custom machine mechanical design , batch dipping machines with motion control and automation and related process equipment\nGood understanding of tank design, tank circulation systems, rubber processing and electrical control systems (PLC/VFD)\nKnowledge of automated batch dipping systems, two roll mills, autoclave ovens, mixers and agitators, tanks, and related process machinery\nAbility to support technical conceptualization and development of custom batch dipping machines as per process requirement\nAbility to technically evaluate machine proposals and support equipment selection and purchase decisions\nExperience working with SPM companies for technical design inputs, fabrication discussions, installation, and commissioning\nWorking knowledge of installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance of process equipment\n\nPreferred Background:\nCandidates from rubber, glove, batch dipping, polymer, or process manufacturing industries will be preferred.
