We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Database Manager with strong expertise in Salesforce CRM to join our team at Empor Marcom.\n\nKey Requirements:\n3+ years of experience in CRM operations\nStrong hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM\nGood understanding of Salesforce Trailblazer\nExperience managing B2B databases and CRM processes\nStrong stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination skills\nPrior exposure to events, media, or marketing industry is preferred\n\nKey Responsibilities:\nManage and optimize Salesforce CRM operations and workflows.\nHandle B2B database management, segmentation, cleansing, and enrichment activities.\nCollaborate with internal stakeholders including sales, marketing, operations, and leadership teams to support business objectives.\nAct as a point of contact for CRM-related coordination and stakeholder communication.\nUtilize Salesforce Trailblazer for continuous learning and implementation of CRM best practices.\nGenerate reports, dashboards, and actionable insights for business teams.\nEnsure CRM data accuracy, consistency, and process compliance.\nSupport event and marketing campaigns through CRM execution and tracking.\nCoordinate with cross-functional teams for lead management and campaign effectiveness.\nCoordinate/collaborate with salesforce partners for CRM enhancement.
