Overview:\nWe are seeking an experienced Program Manager with a strong background in SalesForce to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex technical projects within our organization. This role requires a strategic thinker who can drive initiatives from conception to completion while ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholders' expectations.\nResponsibilities:\n\nLead and manage multiple Salesforce development projects simultaneously, ensuring on-time delivery within scope & budget.\nLead the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple technical projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.\nCollaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements, scope, and objectives, and develop comprehensive project plans and schedules.\nIdentify and mitigate risks, anticipate bottlenecks, and resolve issues that may impact project timelines or deliverables.\nCoordinate cross-functional teams, including engineers, designers, QA, and stakeholders, to drive alignment and ensure successful project execution.\nTrack project progress, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status, risks, and dependencies.\nFacilitate effective communication and collaboration among team members, ensuring transparency and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.\nManage project budgets, resources, and timelines, making adjustments as necessary to optimize project delivery.\nDrive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to streamline processes, enhance productivity, and increase efficiency.\nEnsure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards, and drive adherence to best practices for project management.\nFoster a culture of accountability, innovation, and excellence within the project team, promoting a positive and collaborative work environment.\nQualifications:\n\nMinimum of 5 years of experience in program or project management, preferably in Salesforce Development projects\nStrong understanding of Salesforce platform Capabilities, including custom development, configuration and integration\nProven track record of successfully managing complex Salesforce projects from Initiation to completion\nSaleForce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Administrator (ADM 201) & Salesforce Certified Platform developer I/II are highly desirable\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field.
Master’s degree preferred.\nProven experience as a Program Manager or similar role, managing complex technical projects from initiation to completion.\nStrong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies, agile practices, and project management frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).\nExcellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.\nExceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.\nStrong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on driving results and delivering high-quality solutions.\nExperience with project management tools and software (e.g., JIRA, Asana, Microsoft Project) for task tracking, issue management, and reporting.\nKnowledge of technical domains such as software development, cloud computing, data analytics, or cybersecurity is a plus.\nProject Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is preferred.\nAbility to thrive in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment, with a passion for technology and innovation.\nThis role offers the opportunity to lead transformative projects that drive business growth and innovation.
