Job Description
They will work closely with content writers, subject matter experts, and the social media team to translate scripts and storyboards into polished, brand-aligned video content that performs.\n\nRoles & Responsibilities\n\n* Edit and produce videos for YouTube (explainers, thought leadership, walkthroughs) and LinkedIn (short-form, reels)\n* Create motion graphics and 2D animations to visualise complex technology concepts such as cloud architecture, AI workflows, and data pipelines\n* Develop animated explainer videos from script/storyboard through to final delivery\n* Add professional subtitles, lower thirds, transitions, and branded intros/outros to all videos\n* Design engaging YouTube thumbnails that improve click-through rates\n\nRepurpose long-form videos into short-form clips optimised for LinkedIn and Instagram Reels\n* Manage raw footage, project files, and video asset library in an organised manner\n* Ensure all video output meets brand guidelines and platform-specific resolution and format requirements\n\nRequirements\n\n* 2–4 years of video editing and animation experience\n* Expert proficiency in Adobe After Effects — non-negotiable\n* Strong skills in Adobe Premiere Pro for editing and sequencing\n* Proven experience creating motion graphics, kinetic typography, and 2D animation\n* Demonstrated experience producing B2B or corporate video content (portfolio required)\n* Understanding of audio mixing, colour grading, and export settings for digital platforms\n* Ability to work independently from scripts and storyboards\n* Portfolio with minimum 3–5 examples of animation or motion-led video work\n\nPreferred (Nice-to-Have ):\n* DaVinci Resolve for colour work\n* Adobe Illustrator for creating animation source assets\n* Experience with AI video tools such as Runway, Synthesia, or HeyGen\n* YouTube channel management experience (SEO, thumbnails, metadata)
