Ai automation engineer

Work Location- Noida & Chandigarh
Shift - Rotational Shift in EST (Only Night shifts)
Position Summary
We are looking for a proactive AI Automation Engineer with a strong foundation in scripting,
Dev Ops, and workflow automation. The ideal candidate will work on executing, maintaining, and
optimizing AI-driven automation workflows to improve operational efficiency across MSP
environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute and manage pre-built automation workflows (ticket triage, user provisioning, reporting, etc.)
- Develop and troubleshoot scripts using Python and Power Shell
- Leverage automation and AI tools like Power Automate, Zapier, Chat GPT, Copilot, Claude, N8 N, and Rewst
- Collaborate with Service Delivery and Automation teams to identify and implement automation opportunities
- Document workflows for clarity, scalability, and repeatability
- Monitor automation performance and ensure quality, optimization, and compliance
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- 1+ years of experience in Dev Ops, scripting, or workflow automation
- Proficiency in Python and Power Shell
- Strong understanding of REST APIs, webhooks, and JSON
- Experience with predictive lead scoring (Marketing Hub Enterprise feature).

- Basic knowledge of SQL and No SQL databases
- Understanding of LLMs, prompts, and Generative AI concepts
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to debug end-to-end automation workflows

Nice to have
• Experience with Vector Embeddings and RAG setups
• Familiarity with MSP tools like PSA, RMM, and CRM systems
• Exposure to AI agent development
