Hello All,\n\nGreetings from ZettaMine!!!\n\nJob Title: Salesforce Project Manager\n\nLocation: Pan India\n\nExperience Required: 10 to 12 Years (Immediate Joiners)\n\nJob Description\n\nWe are seeking an experienced Salesforce Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of Salesforce programs across implementation and AMS engagements. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while maintaining high quality standards and stakeholder satisfaction.\n\nThe role requires strong expertise in Salesforce project delivery, stakeholder management, governance, risk management, and Agile/Hybrid delivery methodologies.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\n- Manage the complete Salesforce project lifecycle from initiation to closure.\n- Define project scope, timelines, budget, and resource allocation.\n- Lead project execution using Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or Hybrid delivery models.\n- Drive stakeholder communication, governance meetings, status reporting, and steering committee discussions.\n- Monitor and manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests.\n- Ensure adherence to SOWs, SLAs, and quality standards.\n- Coordinate cross-functional teams including Developers, QA, Architects, and Business Analysts.\n- Oversee release planning, deployments, and go-live readiness activities.\n- Track project financials, effort utilization, and billing milestones.\n- Support continuous improvement initiatives and delivery optimization.\n\nRequired Skills & Qualifications\n\n- 8+ years of IT experience with at least 4+ years in Salesforce Project Management.\n- Strong understanding of Salesforce Platform, preferably Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.\n- Proven experience managing Salesforce implementation and AMS support projects.\n- Expertise in Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and Hybrid project delivery methodologies.\n- Hands-on experience with tools such as JIRA, Azure DevOps, and MS Project.\n- Good understanding of SDLC, release management, and DevOps practices (Copado preferred).\n- Strong stakeholder management and client communication skills.\n- Ability to manage distributed and global teams effectively.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\n\n- Salesforce Certifications such as Salesforce Admin, Sales Cloud, or Service Cloud.\n- PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum Master certification.\n- Exposure to multi-cloud Salesforce projects including FSL, CPQ, and Experience Cloud.\n- Experience working on integration-heavy enterprise programs.\n\nInterested can reach out at: [email protected] and what app or Call: 8977781934\n\nThanks & Regards,\n\nSwetha.P
