Job Description
- Identify and address discrepancies and ensure accurate financial records. 2. TDS Filing: - Support the preparation and filing of Tax Deducted at Source (TDS) returns.
- Maintain accurate records related to TDS compliance. 3. GST Filing: - Aid in the preparation and submission of Goods and Services Tax (GST) returns.
- Ensure compliance with GST regulations and assist with any related queries. 4. Auditing: - Help prepare documents and schedules for audits.
- Assist with gathering information and responding to audit inquiries. 5. Communication and Interpersonal Skills: - Communicate effectively with team members and other departments.
- Address queries and provide necessary information in a clear and professional manner. 6. Adaptability and Learning: - Quickly learn and adapt to new processes, systems, or changes in regulations.
- Stay updated with industry best practices and financial regulations. 7. Financial Preparation: Contribute to the preparation of financial reports and statements.
Compile and analyze financial data for both internal and external reporting purposes. 8. ICWA Inter and CA Inter: Assist with tasks and responsibilities related to ICWA Inter and CA Inter coursework or requirements, as applicable.
Support preparation for professional examinations or practical applications related to these certifications. Qualifications: Education: Either B. Com or M.com with at least 65% throughout academics.
Experience: 2-5 years in finance or accounting roles. Skills: - Basic knowledge of bank reconciliation, TDS filing, GST filing, and auditing. - Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to quickly adapt and learn new processes. - Strong experience in GST-related tasks.
