TCS is Hiring End User Computing (EUC) Specialist.\n\nLocation: Kolkata\n\nExperience: 2+\n\nDigital Experience (XEC) Specialist\n\n- SysTrack agent deployment, telemetry, and analytics\n- Cognix for Workspace use case implementation\n- Experience scoring (device, application, user sentiment)\n- Dashboard creation and analytics interpretation\n- Automation via SysTrack (scripts, triggers, remediation)\n\nEPOS SME\n\n- GK EPOS solutions\n- Windows‑based POS devices\n- Store device provisioning and recovery\n- EPOS patching and image management\n- Peripheral devices (printers, scanners, pin pads)\n- Remote and onsite support coordination\n\nImage Management Specialist\n\n- Windows Imaging & OSD: MECM/SCCM task sequences, WIM capture/maintenance, driver catalog management, BIOS/UEFI automation, unattend.xml/Sysprep, BitLocker pre‑provisioning.\n- Modern Provisioning: Windows Autopilot, Intune device configuration/compliance, Update Rings (WUfB), policy baselines (ADMX/CSP/OMA‑URI).\n- macOS Management: ABM/ADE, VPP, FileVault escrow, PPPC/TCC/system extensions via Jamf/Intune (image‑less baseline build).\n- AVD Image Engineering: Azure VM image creation, Azure Image Builder/Packer, FSLogix, profile/container optimizations, MSIX App Attach.\n\nMAC Support Specialist\n\n- macOS administration across multiple versions\n- Jamf Pro or Intune macOS (policies, profiles, deployment)\n- Mac application packaging:\n- macOS patching and OS upgrade management\n- Troubleshooting macOS deployment and compliance issues\n- Scripting skills (zsh / bash)\n\nDigital Experience (XEC) Specialist\n\n- Windows & macOS EUC environments\n- Intune / SCCM ecosystem (integration and data correlation)\n- Working knowledge of ITSM tools (ServiceNow preferred)\n- ITIL awareness (Incident, Problem, Continual Improvement)\n- Experience supporting transformation programs\n- Ability to translate technical insights into business outcomes\n\nEPOS SME\n\n- High‑availability retail environments\n- Change, release, and testing in trading hours\n- ITSM tools (ServiceNow or equivalent)\n- ITIL Incident, Problem, Change Management\n- Store‑level SLA management\n- Experience working in retail trading environments with strict uptime expectations\n\nImage Management Specialist\n\n- Security & Identity: Defender for Endpoint integration, CIS/benchmarks, Conditional Access prerequisites, PKI/SCEP/NDES certificate deployment.\n- Automation & Scripting: PowerShell, bash/zsh, Microsoft Graph API, YAML pipelines (Azure DevOps/GitHub Actions), JSON/ARM/Bicep basics.\n- Reporting & Telemetry: MECM/Intune reports, Log Analytics/KQL, Power BI dashboards for compliance, performance, and deployment success.\n- Process Discipline: ITIL change/release management, documentation/SOPs, audit artifacts.\n\nMAC Support Specialist\n\n- Integration with ITSM tools (ServiceNow preferred)\n- ITIL Incident / Change / Problem processes\n- Understanding of SLA‑driven operational models\n- Experience supporting audit and compliance activities
