You will work closely with senior executives, board members, policymakers, and industry experts to design and deliver executive education programmes, board training, certification initiatives, governance research, and advisory services.\n\nThe position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the development of future-ready boards while promoting best practices in corporate governance, sustainability, leadership, and board performance. A strong aptitude for business development, stakeholder engagement, relationship management, and revenue generation will be essential, as driving growth and financial performance will form a key part of the role's responsibilities.\n\nJob Profile:\n\n- Conduct in-depth research and analysis on corporate governance, regulatory developments, legal frameworks, and compliance-related matters.\n- Design, coordinate, and support the delivery of Director Development, Board Excellence, and Corporate Governance Training Programmes for corporates, government organisations, and professionals.\n- Develop programme content, case studies, presentations, reports, research papers, and knowledge resources on governance and boardroom best practices.\n- Collect, analyse, and interpret data to identify governance trends, emerging risks, regulatory developments, and business opportunities.\n- Prepare high-quality reports, proposals, presentations, briefing notes, and stakeholder communications.\n- Monitor changes in the Companies Act, SEBI Regulations, ESG frameworks, sustainability standards, and other relevant regulatory requirements.\n- Engage with directors, senior executives, policymakers, regulators, and industry leaders to support IOD's thought leadership and institutional initiatives.\n- Support membership development, business development, partnership outreach, and revenue generation activities.\n- Assist in the planning and execution of conferences, board summits, director training programmes, and governance forums.\n- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of programmes, projects, and strategic initiatives.\n- Provide administrative, operational, and coordination support as required to achieve organisational objectives.\n\nRequirements:\n\n- A self-starter with a strong sense of ownership, entrepreneurial mindset, and a results-oriented approach.\n- Highly motivated, independent, and passionate about achieving growth and excellence.\n- Qualified or Semi-Qualified Company Secretary (CS); freshers with strong potential are encouraged to apply.\n- MBA graduates, preferably with specialisation in Marketing, Business Development, Corporate Communications, or related disciplines.\n- Demonstrated aptitude for relationship management, stakeholder engagement, and revenue development.\n- Basic understanding of the Companies Act, 2013, SEBI Regulations, corporate governance frameworks, and regulatory compliance requirements.\n- Strong communication, presentation, networking, and interpersonal skills.\n- Ability to engage effectively with senior executives, board members, industry leaders, and policymakers.\n- Willingness to travel and participate in conferences, training programmes, and business development initiatives as required.\n- Prior exposure to corporate governance, board advisory, executive education, professional associations, consulting, or institutional engagement will be an added advantage.\n\nSalary commensurate with qualification, and quality knowledge.\n\nOfficial Days & Timings: Monday to Friday (5-days) 10:00 am to 6:30 pm
