Job Description
Monitor project cost vs. budget variance analysis. Develop cash flow projections for ongoing and upcoming projects.
Assist management in financial decision-making and investment planning. Maintain project-wise accounting records. Monitor construction costs and contractor payments.
Revenue recognition as per applicable accounting standards Track receivables from customers and manage collection efficiency. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Generate project profitability reports.
Present financial MIS to Management Director/Director. Liaise with banks, financial institutions, and regulatory authorities. Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, RERA, and other statutory requirements.
Coordinate with auditors for internal and statutory audits. Manage tax planning and timely filing of returns. Monitor working capital requirements.
Plan fund allocation for project execution or as per the management’s direction. Negotiate with banks for company requirements. Implement strong financial control systems.
Monitor vendor payments and prevent cost overruns. Identify financial risks and suggest mitigation strategies. Ensure proper documentation and audit trail for all transactions.
Supervise Accounts Executives and Finance staff. Allocate tasks and review accounting entries. Provide training and performance guidance.
Key Skills: Strong knowledge of real estate accounting, compliance, and project finance. Proficiency in ERP systems (Tally / SAP / Real Estate ERP). Strong analytical and leadership skills.
