Head of Sales & Growth\n\nWe are looking for a hunger-driven Head of Sales & Growth at Procedure.\n\nCore Purpose\n\nOwn the Demand loop (Sales, Marketing, Partnerships) so Procedure consistently finds and closes the right kind of business with its ICP.\n\nOutcomes You Own\n\n- Predictable new bookings and expansion by quarter\n\n- High-quality pipeline (ICP, right ticket sizes, strong win rate)\n\n- Increasing share of revenue from target ICP/markets (e.g., US product / AI-heavy)\n\n- Content and brand engine that generates inbound SQLs over time\n\n- No margin or feasibility surprises for Delivery and Finance\n\nResponsibilities\n\n- Define ICPs, segments, target geos, and industries\n\n- Co-create service offerings and rate cards with Delivery & CEO\n\n- Own sales process, methodology, and deal reviews\n\n- Maintain CRM hygiene and accurate forecasting\n\nMarketing (Brand, Content & Demand)\n\n- Own integrated marketing roadmap (website, content, social, email, events)\n\n- Design and run content marketing and social media strategy for ICP\n\n- Operationalise Founder-led and SME-led content (interviews, case breakdowns, playbooks, talks/podcasts)\n\n- Run ABM and campaigns for target enterprise accounts\n\nPartnerships / Alliances\n\n- Identify and manage strategic partners\n\n- Drive co-marketing and co-selling motions\n\nCross-functional Alignment\n\n- Align Sales, Marketing, Delivery, People & Talent on shared targets\n\n- Share demand forecasts for capacity planning\n\nIf you have made it this far, I think we should have a chat.
