(Reviews: https://share.google/Ew2xfJ5bQX3te57l9)\n\nWe are looking for a dynamic marketing leader to drive Aurawill’s next phase of growth across digital, brand, and E&Q-commerce.\n\nThe ideal candidate should have 3–5 years of strong experience in leading end-to-end marketing for a D2C brand, including performance marketing, growth strategy, brand positioning, content-led marketing, customer acquisition, retention, e-commerce/quick commerce growth, and online sales scaling.

This is not just a performance marketing role.\n\nOur first phase of growth was built primarily through our own website. Now, we are expanding aggressively across India, adding more products, and scaling across e-commerce and quick commerce platforms.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\n* Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, and other digital platforms\n\n* Understand customer behavior, market trends, and buying psychology to improve marketing performance\n\n* Collaborate with the creative team for ad concepts, creatives, hooks, and campaign ideas\n\n* Manage and strengthen Aurawill’s social media presence, content strategy, coordinating with the brand agency\n\n* Work with the tech team on website updates, landing page optimization, and conversion rate improvement\n\n* Drive end-to-end product positioning across ads, website, marketplaces, and social platforms\n\n* Monitor campaign performance with agencies — ROAS, CAC, CTR, and overall sales growth\n\n* Build retention strategies including abandoned cart recovery, upselling, and funnel optimization\n\n* Coordinate with e-commerce and marketplace teams to improve conversions and customer acquisition\n\n* Stay updated with digital marketing trends, competitor strategies, and platform updates\n\nRequirements\n\n* 3–5 years of experience managing end-to-end D2C brand marketing\n\n* Strong hands-on experience in Meta Ads and Google Ads\n\n* Good understanding of branding, content, customer behavior, and sales psychology\n\n* Creative thinker with strong execution and ownership mindset\n\n* Strong knowledge of D2C, e-commerce, and conversion funnels\n\n* Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment\n\n* D2C / wellness / consumer brand experience is a plus\n\nLocation: Coimbatore\n\nEmployment Type: Full-Time\n\nInterested candidates can share their resume to [email protected] and be part of Aurawill’s exciting growth journey.
