AR collection and tracking\n10. Claim Management: Forecasting, evaluating, preparing, presenting, negotiating and converting the claims to contract\n11. Mentoring and grooming reporting engineers\n12.

Contract Review: Reviewing contracts, identifying risks and opportunities and analysis for mitigation of same.\n\nTechnical Competencies\n1. Basic Fabrication : Static equipment, Heat Exchangers, Boilers, Columns, reactors, structures,tanks,\nStructural fabrication, Piping fabrication and installation . Modular projects execution experience will be added advantage.\n2.

MOCs: Standard grades of Carbon steel and Austenitic steel. Special grades is added advantage.\n3. Codes: ASME Sec-VIII Div 1 minimum, IBR,CCOE, PED, EN & IS etc are added advantage.\n4.

Expertise in Primavera tools\n5. Knowledge of productivity norms - Industry Standard\n\nSkills:\n1. Transparent and impactful communication\n2.

Manufacturing process knowledge in fabrication workshop.\n3. Surface treatment application and testing process knowledge\n4. Export & Import rules and regulations, Licenses, Incoterms, Insurance and accident claims.\n5.

Capital equipment rental suppliers and cost knowledge\n6. Excellent Negotiator\n7. Fabrication and machining sub vendor resourcefulness especially forming , Ts drilling and rolling.\n8.

Sub contractors connect with large and medium scale fabricators.\n9. Site fabrication and installationn activities.\n10. Use of Primavera P6 software for monitoring of projects.

Shall be well conversant with Ms Projects. PMP certification will be added advantage .\n11.Advance Excel & Power Point.
