This role will be reporting to the Lead of Facilities Procurement in the Americas.\nKey responsibilities:\nKey responsibilities include developing and executing purchasing strategies, evaluating supplier performance, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to identify and fulfill business needs. Strong communication skills are essential for building partnerships, resolving issues, and presenting recommendations to management. The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and drive continuous improvement in the supply chain.\nManage the procurement process for indirect materials and services in the Americas region\nIdentify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to achieve optimal terms\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives\nMonitor supplier performance and ensure compliance with company standards\nPrepare and present reports and recommendations to stakeholders\nDrive cost savings and process improvements across purchasing activities\n\nQualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business, or related field\nMinimum 3 years of experience in sourcing, supplier management, or purchasing\nAbility to work hours that align with US time zones (5:00pm IST to 2:30AM IST) is a must\nDemonstrated experience in procurement within a variety of non-IT business services and indirect materials categories across multiple countries, ideally within the Americas region\nProficient in verbal communication, writing, time management, organizational and presentation skills\nStrong work ethic displaying a mature and professional attitude with an ability to adjust quickly to change and to work independently with minimal direct oversight.\nProven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams\nExcellent negotiation, analytical, and communication skills\nStrong organizational skills and attention to detail\nFluency in English; Spanish or Portuguese a plus\nIf you are a results-driven professional with a passion for procurement and supplier management, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity.\n\nLocation\nThis position is based out of Noida, India, with flexibility for hybrid work arrangements
