Role Overview\n\nWe are looking for a skilled and proactive Salesforce Administrator with deep expertise in declarative automation and a genuine interest in AI-assisted tooling. You will own day-to-day Salesforce administration across our internal org and client environments, while taking the lead on complex Flow-based automation design, process optimization, and scalable configuration.\n\nThis is a night shift role aligned to US business hours. Candidates must be genuinely comfortable with a consistent night shift schedule and ideally have prior experience working in this format.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nSalesforce Administration\n\n- Manage user setup, roles, profiles, permission sets, and sharing rules across Salesforce orgs\n- Configure and maintain page layouts, record types, custom objects, and fields\n- Handle sandbox management, deployment activities, and change sets\n- Monitor data quality and perform data imports/exports using Data Loader or similar tools\n- Troubleshoot system issues and support end users during US business hours\n\nAutomation & Flow Development\n\n- Design and build complex Salesforce Flows — Screen Flows, Record-Triggered Flows, Scheduled Flows, and Autolaunched Flows\n- Migrate legacy Process Builder and Workflow Rule logic into modern, maintainable Flow-based solutions\n- Implement advanced Flow patterns including subflows, fault paths, loop optimization, and bulkification best practices\n- Orchestrate multi-step business processes across objects — including approvals, notifications, field updates, and record creation\n- Build and maintain approval processes with dynamic routing, escalation rules, and delegation logic\n- Leverage formula fields, rollup summary fields, and validation rules to enforce data integrity and business logic\n- Document automation logic clearly with flow diagrams and configuration notes for audit and handoff\n\nAI Tooling & Einstein Features\n\n- Work with Einstein for Flow and Prompt Builder to embed AI-generated content and recommendations into automated processes\n- Collaborate with the AI engineering team on integrating AI capabilities into client Salesforce environments\n- Assist in testing and validating AI-assisted automations, including prompt tuning and output quality review\n- Stay current with Salesforce AI feature releases and evaluate how Einstein capabilities can enhance existing automations\n\nClient & Delivery Support\n\n- Participate in client calls, requirement gathering sessions, and delivery reviews during US hours\n- Prepare documentation including admin guides, flow diagrams, and release summaries\n- Support the delivery lead in managing change requests and sprint-based delivery cycles\n\nRequired Qualifications\n\n- 2–5 years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience\n- Salesforce Certified Administrator (ADM-201) — mandatory\n- Strong, demonstrable expertise in Salesforce Flow — including complex multi-step flows, error handling, and governor limit awareness\n- Proven experience migrating Process Builder and Workflow Rules to Flow\n- Solid command of approval processes, validation rules, formula fields, and rollup summaries\n- Comfortable working a consistent night shift (approx.
